I'm feeling the love from all the wonderful heart-felt wishes I got after sharing about my broken wrist last week.😍 The update is that I have a smaller cast now, which is nice, and I'm learning all the things I can (and can't) do with my left hand. 😂 This week I'd like to point you to recipes that use my favorite kitchen appliance (well, after an immersion blender...), the humble slow cooker. I once thought the Instant Pot may replace it, but no way - it's not as good as a true dump-forget-and-cook crockpot (in a side-by-side comparison, the IP slow cook function didn't cook as evenly or completely).
