In both November and December I always want to plan easy, healthy meals because these months are full of all the traditional foods and desserts we wait all year for. In addition to continuing to practice portion control, planning veggie-filled meals is the way I can happily eat all the foods I look forward to (Cranberry Sausage Stuffing, Moose Munch and Chocolate Chip Pie, I'm looking at you). It's all about balance, right? So after sharing the 4-week November meal plan this week, I'm pulling out some of the daily menus into a week of vegetable-packed, quick prep dinner. This is going to help so much as I prep Christmas goodies to store in the freezer until I hand them out.🎄 A Week of Healthy Dinners for November

We might finally be getting measurable rain next week, so I think I might risk it and turn the timers off this weekend. 😃 When...
